Westlife Development Ltd ( 505533 ) : Few Words of Caution

Westlife Development Ltd has posted Q4 FY2017-18 results with Sales +34.59% YoY & PAT +260%. After going through the Data( available at Public domain ), Management is active to increase the number of Outlets and has recently added some new products ie McCafe.
The Red Flag, which I am going to point out is that SSG (Same Store Growth)  , which is now ~25% almost equal to Jubliant foodworks. If Westlife Development Ltd does’t  support & innovate its product mix, it will find hard to complete with Jublant foodworks and its Financials will affected in near future.
Valuations : WDL is now trading at 51.3X of its EPV ( March 2018 earnings )

Tata Motors Ltd is now Trading at 1X of its EPV of March 2018 earnings & 0.9X of its 10yrs Avg EPV.It has Net Cash / Share Rs.166.10.Equity Valye per Share ( Enterprise Value method) comes at Rs.175.10 & Best price at 1X EPV of its past reference is Rs. 240.20.
