Is Indian Market Really Moving Up ?

Today's ( 26.03.2018 )  Up-move of 132.60 points ( + 1.33% ) in Nifty to 10130.65 is a great surprise to us, though it was in line with the Global market.But the True / Hidden Picture is difference. On Charts, Nifty has started forming Lower Low & Higher Low on Daily Chart.
On the Economic factor, Interest Rates are rising globaly. Even today Rates are Now trading at +0.50% higher side, which will Definitely make of Index nervous and closing at lower levels tomorrow ( 27.03.2018 ).
